On Saturday, the adventure begins at 9:30 am at the campsite, where your welcoming hosts will greet you with a warm smile and get you settled into your cozy, pre-pitched tent. Once you’ve stashed your gear, we’ll set off on a captivating 10-mile journey, exploring three of Kent’s iconic long-distance trails: the Medway Valley, Greensand Way, and Weald Way.
As we meander through these picturesque paths, your guide will bring the landscape to life, sharing fascinating stories of the area’s rich history and pointing out unique flora and hidden treasures along the way.
After a rewarding day immersed in nature, we’ll return to the campsite to relax around a crackling campfire. Indulge in a hearty evening meal, freshly prepared in traditional Dutch ovens, and end the night with campfire treats as we soak in the magic of the starlit sky. 🌟
Start your morning with a hearty breakfast to fuel up for the day ahead! Then, it’s off to the river, where our expert Stand-Up Paddleboarding (SUP) guide will meet you for an unforgettable aquatic adventure.
Kicking things off with a fun and easy lesson, you’ll quickly master the basics before gliding onto the serene waters of the stunning River Medway. Picture yourself paddling through tranquil scenery, taking in breathtaking views of the lush surroundings from a whole new perspective.
Leading the way is Ana, a British Canoeing Level 3 Coach and seasoned adventurer with years of experience guiding thrilling water-based expeditions across Britain and Europe. Her passion for the outdoors will inspire and energize you throughout the journey!
