Cancellation Policy

DAY WALKS

Cancellations made 4 days prior to the event will be given a credit note for a future walk that has to be used within 90 days.

WEEKEND EVENTS

•If we have to cancel for any reason – Full refund 

•If covid regulations mean that the event cannot go ahead – Full refund  

•If you cancel before 1 month of the event – Full refund minus £50 deposit  

•If you cancel between 1 month and 1 week - 50% refund 

•If you cancel within 1 week – NO refund will be given
