Cancellation Policy

DAY WALKS

Cancellations made 4 days prior to the event will be given a credit note for a future walk that has to be used within 90 days.

EVENTS

•If we have to cancel the event for any reason – Full refund 

•If you cancel before 2 month of the event – Full refund minus deposit  (if applicable)

•If you cancel between 2 month and 1 month of the event - 50% refund minus deposit (if applicable)

•If you cancel within 30 days of the event – NO refund will be given
